Spiritual, But Not Religious with David Wells
Speaker: Dr. David Wells
Date: 4/24/2004
As Christians, we have questions and concerns about any spirituality which is divorced from understanding Jesus Christ as God’s Son, fully human and fully divine. Most a-religious spiritualities seem to be about bringing out the peace and wholeness that lie within us. Any true spirituality, we Christians would say, must deal with the reality of hearts broken, in our relationships with each other, and most especially with God. These are deep matters. To help think about what’s going on with these questions in our culture, and in our churches, take a listen to this lecture by David Wells entitled, "Spiritual, But Not Religious."
