This passage shows that our problems are found in our alienation, hostility and homelessness. The solution is finding nearness to God via reconciliation and peace made available through Jesus Christ. All are dead in their trespasses and sin. The wrath of God was facing us. God in His great love and mercy, by His grace redeemed us.
