Is Your Ministry Truly Christ-Centered?   2005 NETS Conference for Pastors and Lay Leaders

Is Your Ministry Truly Christ-Centered?  This was the challenge presented at the 2005 New England Theological Seminary Conference (NETS) for Pastors and Lay Leaders.  Listen as keynote speaker Dr. Bryan Chapell, president of Covenant Theological Seminary and author of Christ-Centered Preaching, exhorts men to be leaders who are more focused on the gospel of Christ, motivated by the love of Christ, and reflective of the character of Christ.  Also included are sessions by Rev. Wes Pastor, president of NETS, and Mr. George Hill, president of Focused Management, Inc.

And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.

For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.

And I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling.

And my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.

I Corinthians 2:1-5
